The XFX RX 5600 XT THICC II Pro is an excellent, high-performance graphics card that’s meant for 1440p/4K resolution. It doesn’t have the best FPS in ultra-settings at 1080p, but it does run well enough to get 100fps+ on medium settings. For competitive gamers, the RX 5600 XT also has high graphics settings, which put it above the NVidia 1060 and help you get a better advantage over your opponent.

The XFX RX 5600 XT Thicc II Pro is an excellent alternative to the RTX 2070 if you don’t care about the AI/ML capabilities of new RTX cards. Its performance on 1080p is good with ultra-settings, allowing the card to run games smoothly on this resolution. If you mostly play at 1080p or 1440p and don’t mind turning down graphics settings a little bit, then the RX 5600 XT is an excellent choice for your GTX 970 equivalent GPU.

This graphics card boasts the best value because it provides the best Performance for the Best Price. In other words, if you go online and look at the current price for this Best GPU for Ryzen 5 3600X, then you will see that it costs less than a meal and a drink at a restaurant.

In addition, if you go with this option of pairing this GPU with your Ryzen 5 3600X CPU, you will be able to build a PC that is much more future-proof than if you were to pick the graphics card by yourself.

XFX’s card is decked out in a fetching metal backplate that displays their logo, and it has two large fans to push hot air away from your system. The graphics card’s shroud is plastic made with an Axial fan for better airflow.

These fans stay idle until you load up on some intensive workload such as games or other visually demanding apps, making them spin faster. There’s also this dual bios switch, just like any good high-performance computer needs, so no matter what type of profile suits best, there will be options available at all times.

Bottom Line

Finally, if you are looking for a premium GPU to take your gaming experience to a new level, XFX RX 5600 XT THICC II Pro would be our ultimate recommendation for you. Enjoy 1080p and smoother gameplay.

MSI’s GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Gaming is an exceptional choice for gamers looking to get the best of both worlds: excellent performance and high refresh rates in 1080p.

The GeForce GTX 1660 Ti is an excellent option for mainstream gamers who don’t need RTX features. It features pretty much all of your basic PC gaming needs without having any lag or hiccups due to its low price point. These things make it perfect if you’re on a limited budget but still want access to new technology like Ray Tracing and Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS).

NVidia was looking to make a splash with its innovative card, and it’s doing so by going back in time. The company has created the GTX 1660 Ti–a powerful graphics processing unit (GPU) that isn’t quite as pricey or hype-up as some other models on the market. However, it still provides everything you need for your gaming PC at an affordable price point.

The GeForce GTX 1660 Ti is just like any other card in this generation. You get the same 12nm fabrication process and Turing architecture as its higher-end counterparts. However, it lacks those tensor or ray tracing cores that set RTX cards apart from their predecessors on paper, at least.

The new Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti is a cost-effective alternative to pricey RTX cards and the perfect upgrade for existing 1070 or 1060 owners. The reduced die size increased transistor count (6.6 billion), as well as low power requirements, make this card an obvious choice if you’re looking at replacing your old GPU with something newer.

Value Verdict

The GeForce GTX 1660 Ti certainly has addressed the issue of offering a more competitive product. It provides performance that should be close to what you can get with 1080 but at an exciting price point, and it’s not too far off from where we are now either. So there is no reason why gamers shouldn’t consider giving this card a shot if they’re looking for their next upgrade.

The XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS is a graphics card that offers gamers an outstanding gaming experience. The use of industry-leading technologies and mechanisms allows this extraordinary GPU to play all the latest games with no stutter. Therefore, you can rely on it for your next PC build or upgrade without worry.

The XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS is a high-performance graphics card that will give gamers the power they need for 1080p gaming. It’s solid and reliable, so it can handle everything from demanding games at maximum settings to cheaper ones you barely play anymore without missing a beat.

The XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS is a beautiful graphics card. It’s not only 10.5 inches long and almost 4.6 wide but also comes with dual-slot cooling fans for increased performance in all your gaming needs. Furthermore, there’s the sleek metal backplate that carries the company’s logo on it. I think these things add class to any system build as they should because, after all, you’re going to be playing games from now until forever.

The XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS not only looks sharp on paper but in real life as well. It comes equipped with three Display Ports and a 2.0b-ready HDMI port for an immersive experience that is perfect for gamers or anyone who wants to game up their desk setup.

The RX 580 is often only a few frames behind the newer, more powerful RX 590 in terms of overall gaming performance. That’s something to note, given how much higher their clock speeds are on average at 12 nm.

Value Verdict

The XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS is a Graphics Processing Unit that comes with all sorts of new features, giving it the ability to handle most games released to date. If you’re looking for an affordable mid-range graphics card, then this could be your choice. The addition of VRM and Memory Cooling Technology, Radeon™, CHILL technology, etc., makes up for what was lacking in power when compared against its competitors like GTX 1060 or even 1050 Ti.

The Radeon RX 5500 XT THICC II Pro 8GB is a great graphics card for gamers who want to play games at 1080p without expensive, high-powered video cards. This GPU can handle most modern titles easily and still give you that smooth experience we all love.

Furthermore, this new chip packs an impressive punch; it has more than 1400 Stream Processors and 88 TMUs.

XFX’s Radeon RX 5500 XT is one of the best graphics cards for gaming on a budget. It has an impressive 14Gbps memory speed with GDDR6, which provides 224GB/s total bandwidth; no factory overclocks are applied here either! The board power maxes out at 130W and supports PCI Express 4.0 like many other AMD products do now too. These features make this card great on all sorts of desktops, thanks to its compact size.

XFX’s PCB comes with two BIOS profiles, one for performance and another that is more silent. The switch nearest the 8-pin power connector enables or disables these modes; push it towards this component if you want a quiet boot time.

The THICC II Pro line of coolers is designed to offer the best cooling performance. The copper GPU and Memory cooling components, as well as composite heatpipes, will help keep your systems running smoothly at peak capacity.

The fan uses “XFX Zero DB Auto-Load Sensing Fans” that allow it to bring its cooling system to a complete stop when thermals allow. The cooler is not that bigger but more than capable of keeping the Navi 14 GPU from throttling even if you don’t have any heavier builds for your new AMD Ryzen 5 3600/3600x 6 core processor. You can reduce the size by removing plastic shrouds as long as all other components are good.

Value Verdict

The XFX Radeon RX 5500 XT THICC II Pro is a great video card for Ryzen 5 3600x built around the Radeon RX 5500 XT GPU. Even without factory overclocks, it outperforms a GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER video card in games at its factory settings.

The ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has been making high-end gaming hardware such as motherboards and video cards for a while now, and they’ve established themselves in the industry as a top-notch OEM. A big part of this is due to marketing; ASUS has been advertising its products very aggressively.

As such, they were one of the first to market with a production raytracing (RTX) video card, the ROG Strix RTX 2080Ti.

They’ve released the RX 5700XT; a non-RTX GPU that is competitive with its rival NVIDIA’s new Turing architecture GPUs, the RTX 2070 and the RTX 2060.

The ASUS ROG Strix RX 5700XT is part of their Republic of Gamers series, including the Strix GTX 1660Ti, which I reviewed earlier. Both cards are made with DirectCU III technology, meaning they have triple fans and theoretically dissipate heat more effectively than dual-fan alternatives.

The ASUS card features base/boost clock speeds of 1755MHz/1930MHz, whereas the reference version has speeds of 1605MHz/1755MHz. This translates to about a 15% improvement, yielding an extra 5-10 FPS in games.

For media enthusiasts, there is also dedicated hardware for decoding H.265 (HEVC) video, making use of the built-in encoder to compress videos more quickly and with less computational power needed than software implementations.

The RX 5700XT also features Aura Sync RGB lighting, allowing end-users to customize their card color according to personal preference. This is an exciting nod to enthusiast gamers who are very concerned with aesthetics.

The card has 8GB GDDR6 memory, which supports higher resolutions and higher levels of anti-aliasing (AA) than previous generations of video cards. DDR6 has double the bandwidth per pin of GDDR5, allowing for increased performance at higher resolutions which are increasingly popular among gamers.

The card also supports DirectX 12 and Vulkan, two next-generation APIs that improve graphical fidelity in modern games by using hardware acceleration to offload some rendering procedures.

Value Verdict

This card is for gamers looking to do more than play games on their PCs and want a modicum of future-proofing in the hardware they buy. The increased computing performance and GPU acceleration support offered by these next-generation APIs is beyond imagination. It allows them to take gaming beyond conventionally accepted limits while enjoying smooth framerates and high image qualities.

The new NVIDIA is here. The RTX SUPER Card was introduced so that you might expect the best performance in upcoming games. With the introduction of Turing architecture, NVIDIA has improved ray tracing technology to increase image quality.

As with every card release, some manufacturers always produce their version of the card, with some changes in the specification. Today, we will take a look at an RTX SUPER graphics card from EVGA, the GeForce RTX 2080 Super. Let’s see what they have changed about this version and how it performs.

My first impression of this card is that it looks exactly like a normal RTX 208, aside from the LED logo. The design is identical, with dual-fan cooling and an aluminum heatsink.

This card has 8+8 pin connectors to allow more power for overclocking. In total, this card has a maximum power of up to 550 watts through these connectors.

The back of the card is also identical to 2080, with 8 GB GDDR6 memory and a 256-bit bus. This allows for plenty of bandwidth when pushing 4K resolution. The RTX 2080 Super supports DirectX ray tracing, NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility, VR capability with HDMI 2.0b, and DisplayPort 1.4.

The backplate is an aluminum plate with a brushed finish and helps cool components on the back of the card. The main reason for this backplate is to improve aesthetics and stabilize the PCB board. It’s not essential if you’re going to be running inside a closed case with all airflow directed to your graphics card.

Performance test results

The card performed very well when used on Fire Strike Ultra 1x settings, 4K resolution at high detail levels. The RTX 2080 SUPER would be almost on par with 1080 TIs, which is impressive considering that the latter has 2560 CUDA cores and 8GB GDDR5 memory.

This is a pretty solid improvement with this new SUPER version, considering that you can get up to 10% improvement with the Founders Editions. Overclocking might not be required in most scenarios when using this graphics card on its default settings.

Value Verdict

The EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Super is a more powerful card than its predecessor, and it is going to blow your mind. You will get an enhanced and immersive gaming experience and powerful video editing features along with this GPU for Ryzen 5 3600X CPU. It will be worth the money in the long run.

The MSI GTX 1660 Gaming X 6G is a graphics card that promises to provide the RTX 2060 in 1080p. Moreover, it does this for about 400 less than its rival or equivalent. Is this your next GPU, or would you rather spend the money on an RTX card? Read on to find out…

MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 Super is a graphics card that packs quite a punch as it can deliver great frame rates on 1080p and 1440p. That is pretty impressive considering the low power consumption. The best part? You won’t see your electric bill go through the roof either since this card consumes less power than its predecessors.

The GeForce GTX 1660 is a midrange card trying very hard to be a gamer. It has the same sturdy black metal backplate as its bigger brothers and runs about as cool as any other modern graphics card. The fan is whisper-quiet even when gaming loads are high, but I’d still leave it on auto mode. MSI’s Gaming app gives users complete control over performance, noise, lighting, and temperature.

The GTX 1660 is no different than any other Pascal card in that it’s incredibly efficient—it uses just 1 watt of power for every additional FPS it can deliver compared to the previous generation. It runs cool, too—just 55 degrees Celsius under load—and produces next to no heat. The GTX 1660 is a good choice for 1080p gaming and will easily get future-proofed with new games to come.

Although the card is compact, its dual-fan design allows hours of gameplay or even some light overclocking. Thanks to a large heat sink and an extra 6-pin connector alongside the usual 8-pin one, you can expect the 1660 Super to last even longer than its predecessors.

Value Verdict

MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 Super is based on the NVIDIA Turing architecture, which means it can handle current game titles at resolutions up to 1080p @ 60 fps. Its 6GB GDDR6 video memory (VRAM) offers double the memory of other 10-series cards.

Intelligent design maximizes overclocking potential and cooling performance while looking and feeling great in your custom PC build. The MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 Super is the best deal for gamers seeking high performance and quality and those seeking Virtual Reality (VR) experiences without investing too much money.
